Thank you so much for choosing NovaLunaTarot. All services I offer are digital, personalized spiritual services. No physical products are shipped to you.

This page explains how your completed service will be delivered to you, the timeframes you can expect, and what is needed from you so I can deliver your service with care.

How Your Service Is Delivered

All of my services are delivered to you electronically. Depending on the service you have chosen, your delivery may include:

  • Written content, invocations, and intuitive guidance sent to your email
  • Digital photographs of your service, such as your candle ceremony or sacred sage cleansing

Your completed service will be delivered to the email address you provide at Product page, or through the communication method specified on the product page.

Delivery Timeframe

Most of my services are delivered within 24 to 72 hours of your order, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Estimated delivery timeframes are listed on each product page. Please understand that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to service volume, holidays, or circumstances beyond my control. If there is ever a delay, I will reach out to you personally.

Personalization Details

To create your personalized service, I will need a few details from you. These are entered directly on each product page before you add the service to your cart:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address (where your completed service will be delivered)
  • Your date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
  • Your question, intention, or additional details about your situation

Please share these openly. The more you share with me, the more deeply your service can align with your unique energy. If any required information is missing or incomplete, your delivery may be delayed while I reach out to gather what is needed.

Your Responsibility as a Customer

To make sure your service reaches you smoothly, please do the following:

  • Provide an accurate and complete email address at checkout
  • Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see my email in your inbox
  • Submit any required personalization details promptly

NovaLunaTarot is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

If You Do Not Receive Your Service

If you have not received your completed service within the stated timeframe, please reach out to me right away. I will check on your order and lovingly resend your delivery if needed.

Please understand that non-delivery caused by email filtering, technical issues on your end, or incorrect contact details provided at checkout does not automatically qualify for a refund. In these cases, I will always do my best to resend your service as soon as I am made aware of the issue.

Hours of Operation

Your service is prepared and delivered during the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PST)
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Orders and messages received outside of business hours will be addressed during the next available operating period. If you are reaching out outside of business hours, no worries. I will respond as soon as I am able.
