Digital Services – No Refunds

Due to the intangible, digital, and personalized nature of our services, all sales are final once an order has been placed and the service has been delivered.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available for completed digital services.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if the service has not yet been started. If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase. Once work on a service has begun, cancellations are no longer available.

Non-Delivery

If you do not receive your service within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can resolve the issue. Non-delivery due to technical issues or email filtering (spam/junk folders) does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Incorrect Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information at checkout. NovaLunaTarot is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete contact details.

Chargebacks and Disputes

By purchasing from this website, you agree to contact us first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the refusal of future services.
